Machine learning universal bosonic functionals

چکیده
The one-body reduced density matrix $\gamma$ plays a fundamental role in describing and predicting quantum features of bosonic systems, such as Bose-Einstein condensation. recently proposed functional theory for ground states establishes the existence universal $\mathcal{F}[\gamma]$ that recovers correlations exactly. Based on novel decomposition $\gamma$, we have developed method to design reliable approximations functionals: our results suggest translational invariant systems constrained search approach theories can be transformed into an unconstrained problem through parametrization Euclidian space. This simplification allows us use standard machine-learning methods perform quite efficient computation both its derivative. For Bose-Hubbard model, present comparison between Quantum Monte Carlo.

Finding Density Functionals with Machine Learning
Machine learning is used to approximate density functionals. For the model problem of the kinetic energy of noninteracting fermions in 1D, mean absolute errors below 1 kcal/mol on test densities similar to the training set are reached with fewer than 100 training densities. A predictor identifies if a test density is within the interpolation region. Via principal component analysis, a projected...
متن کاملUniversal Piecewise Polynomial Estimators for Machine Learning
We review and expand somewhat on some recent developments concerning the construction and analysis of piecewise polynomial estimators for the regression problem in Mathematical Learning Theory. The discussion will center on two issues. The first of these is computational efficiency including possible online capability. The second is universality by which we mean the capability of the estimator ...
متن کاملThe Universal Distribution and Machine Learning
I will discuss two main topics in this lecture: First, the Universal Distribution and some of its properties: its accuracy, its incomputability, its subjectivity. Secondly, I’m going to tell how to use this distribution to create very intelligent machines. Many years ago in 1960 I discovered what we now call the Universal Probability Distribution(Sol 60). It is the probability distribution on a...
متن کاملUniversal Entanglers for Bosonic and Fermionic Systems
A universal entangler (UE) is a unitary operation which maps all pure product states to entangled states. It is known that for a bipartite system of particles 1, 2 with a Hilbert space C1 ⊗ C2 , a UE exists when min (d1, d2) ≥ 3 and (d1, d2) 6= (3, 3). It is also known that whenever a UE exists, almost all unitaries are UEs; however to verify whether a given unitary is a UE is very difficult si...
